YOUR MISSION: BE THE FACE & THE VOICE

As our Chief Creative Officer (CCO), you will lead our organic content strategy:

Raw, Authentic Content Creation: Sit in your room, turn on a warm light, and talk directly to the camera about Shadow Work, Toxic Relationships, and Karmic Debts. You are the digital "best friend" our audience needs.
Brand Translation: Translate our complex AI diagnostics and Eastern Metaphysics into relatable, modern psychological concepts for the US market.

WHO YOU ARE (THE IDEAL CO-FOUNDER)

US Native: You live in the US and natively speak the language of the modern wellness, therapy, and spiritual communities.
Academic/Intellectual Curiosity: You are likely a university student or recent grad in Psychology, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science. You understand the basics of Carl Jung, Shadow Work, or deeper Astrological concepts.
Camera-Confident: You have a natural, magnetic, and empathetic presence on video.
Ambitious: You are actively looking to build your personal brand and establish yourself as an authority in the healing/coaching space.

THE CAP TABLE & COMPENSATION (HOW WE WIN TOGETHER)

This is a Sweat-Equity Co-Founder role. There is no corporate base salary because you are not an employee—you are building a global asset that you will co-own. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build wealth, not just collect a paycheck.

The Title: Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer (CCO).
Immediate Cashflow (50% Revenue Share): We split the money from day one. You keep a flat 50% of the recurring revenue from all premium subscriptions ($39/mo) generated through your content. With our AI Swarm amplifying your reach, your monthly income scales directly with your impact.
Milestone-Based Vesting Equity (3% - 5%): You will earn real company stock based on clear growth milestones (e.g., reaching YouTube subscriber targets, hitting MRR goals). You are stepping into a startup where the heavy lifting of product engineering is already 100% complete.
