1. Refund Policy
- Single Purchases (Deep Dive Sessions): We DO NOT offer refunds for single Deep Dive sessions once the session has been initiated and the AI has generated a response. If a technical error occurs, please contact support for assistance.
- Subscriptions (Membership): You may request a full refund within three (3) days of your initial subscription payment, provided you have not used any of your monthly Deep Dive sessions. After this period, we do not offer refunds.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription's auto-renewal at any time through your Account page. After cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
