At LUHOSOUL, we built the solution: an AI-powered personal analytics engine that translates Eastern Karmic architecture (BaZi & Zi Wei Dou Shu) into daily clinical Shadow Work and CBT protocols.
We are looking for a Global Partnership & Business Development Executive located in the United States to help us put this diagnostic engine into the hands of the world’s leading healers, coaches, and retreat organizers.
YOUR MISSION: THE THREE FRONTS OF GROWTH
You will be the high-touch bridge between our technology and the human-led wellness ecosystem. Your daily routine will focus on three core areas:
1. Wellness Retreat Joint Ventures (50/50 JVs)
- Identify and outreach to creator-led spiritual, trauma, and somatic retreats in the US, UK, and Canada.
- Pitch our "Digital Aftercare" model: Retreats bundle LuhoSoul as a 90-day companion app for their guests post-retreat, securing better long-term healing for their clients and a 50% lifetime passive revenue stream for their business.
2. Affiliate Partner Recruitment (The Sage Guides)
- Hunt for and connect with certified breakup coaches, anxious attachment specialists, and academic astrologers/tarot readers.
- Deliver our "White-Glove" concierge experience: pre-creating free fully-unlocked accounts for these guides so they can audit the accuracy of our AI diagnostic themselves.
3. Micro-Influencer & UGC Operations
- Recruit and manage relationships with micro-creators (2,000 to 15,000 followers) on TikTok and Instagram.
- Coordinate content briefs, manage custom VIP promo codes, and leverage their native, highly engaged organic traffic.
WHO YOU ARE
- US-Based & Remote Ready: You are physically located in the United States, comfortable with Work-At-Home (WAH) dynamics, and possess the self-discipline to manage your own pipeline.
- Deeply Empathetic but Grounded: You actually understand this ngách. You know what "somatic freeze response," "anxious attachment style," and "shadow work" mean. You can speak to a professional therapist or healer without sounding like a corporate sales robot.
- A Relationship Builder: You understand that partnership sales are not about transactional cold-calling. It’s about custom-tailored outreach, personal connection, and obsessive follow-up.
- Tech-Comfortable: You can explain our app and basic onboarding flow in simple, value-driven business terms.
PERKS, REWARDS & COMPENSATION

- Base Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 USD / Month (Base depending on prior experience and industry network) + Work-At-Home (WAH) flexibility.
- High-Yield Commission: 20% Uncapped Lifetime Recurring Commission on all subscription revenues generated by the partners, retreats, and creators you successfully sign and manage. As your signed partners grow, your monthly passive income compounds.
