LUHOSOUL INTERNSHIP COVENANT
Applies to all Interns at LuhoSoul.
1. Purpose This covenant outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of Interns to ensure a professional, secure, and legally compliant working environment.
2. Work Regulations
- 2.1. Task Assignment: Interns will perform tasks assigned by their direct Mentor. These tasks are designed to align with their career goals, develop professional skills, and contribute meaningfully to our mission.
- 2.2. Performance Review: Performance will be reviewed monthly to ensure mutual growth and alignment.
3. Evaluation Period & Early Termination The first two (02) weeks of the internship serve as a mutual evaluation period.
- If LuhoSoul finds that an Intern's performance or attitude does not meet our standards.
- Or if the Intern feels the environment and work are not a good fit. Either party may terminate the internship at any time during this period without penalty. In all cases, the confidentiality agreement remains in full effect.
4. Confidentiality Agreement (Sacred Trust) All Interns commit to:
- Not disclosing, sharing, or disseminating any internal information, user data, project documents, source code, business plans, or any sensitive company information in any form.
- Not using LuhoSoul's internal information for personal gain or for any third party, during or after the internship.
- Respecting and adhering to all of LuhoSoul's information security and privacy policies.
5. Breach of Covenant & Legal Liability Any breach of confidentiality or actions that seriously harm the company, including but not limited to:
- Leaking user data or internal documents.
- Unauthorized use of company intellectual property.
- Disseminating internal information on social media or to external parties. Will result in disciplinary action, immediate termination of the internship, and potential legal action in accordance with international data privacy and intellectual property laws. LuhoSoul reserves the right to refuse internship confirmation in such cases.
6. Stipend & Compensation The Internship program at LuhoSoul includes a supportive stipend. The specific stipend or compensation is detailed in the job description for each position on our Careers page.
LuhoSoul is committed to providing a real-world, professional environment where interns can learn directly from industry experts and receive support for their academic requirements.
7. Intern Rights & Benefits
- Receive a Certificate of Internship upon successful completion of the full program.
- Receive support for academic internship reports as required.
- Be considered for full-time positions at LuhoSoul or its partner network, based on performance and company needs.
8. Post-Internship Development While a full-time offer is not guaranteed, we prioritize hiring from our pool of exceptional interns. Consideration for a full-time role depends on company needs and the intern's demonstrated ability to contribute to our mission.
9. Validity This covenant is effective from the start date of the internship. By accepting the Offer Letter, the Intern acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms within this policy.
